Artist Turns Disney World Into “The Saddest Place On Earth”

Ah, the Houses of Mouse — visited by millions of people every year due to their ability to make you forget about the evils of the outside world for the glorious hours you spend inside their respective resorts.

Then along comes Michael Feeney.

Inspired by the History Channel series “Life After People,” Feeney did some “photo manipulation” and the end result is his collection on DeviantArt known as “Life After Disney.”

I’m not a hardcore Disney park attendee like some of my friends are, but I am old enough to remember when the only park that existed was Disneyland, and have always wanted to visit Disney World…and even for me, these images made me tear up a little, ha.
