Director Zack Snyder has been tweeted up a storm lately, debuting new photos of Ben Affleck in the Batsuit and Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman as well as messing with fans by tossing a few Star Wars references in with his promotion of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. But while we’ve seen a quick glimpse of Henry Cavill in his Clark Kent getup, we still haven’t seen a photo of Ben Affleck decked out as Bruce Wayne. That changed when a fan named Samuel Otten snapped a couple of pics of the future Dark Knight from the film’s set in Detroit:

That wreckage he mentioned? A local news station (via ComingSoon) managed to get a couple of overhead shots of it from a helicopter, so now we know what he’s talking about:

Looks like Wayne Financial took a serious hit, but from what? Is this wreckage from Superman and Zod’s battle at the end of Man of Steel? Or is this from an entirely different threat that Batman and Superman must team up to fight?

Meanwhile, in what some may consider light spoiler territory (hint hint, you’ve been warned), Badass Digest reports some very interesting information about how Batman will appear in this film:

My sources indicate that when BvS opens Batman has existed for close to thirty years, which would place Wayne in his 50s (which is why I expected more grey in Affleck’s hair). In this version Batman is still an urban legend, a creature of the night, and no one has ever taken his picture. But he’s had plenty of adventures, and the Batcave includes a memorial centered around a tattered Robin costume.

Thirty years is a long time to go without being seen, and we’re guessing that whatever happens in this movie – a battle or two against Superman? Fighting against some greater force? – is going to happen in a very public place, so The Dark Knight’s days of anonymity are numbered.
