Matt Damon and Ben Affleck are looking beyond their “Project Greenlight” duties and focusing on the small screen.

THR reports the Oscar-winning writers behind Good Will Hunting – and their production company, Pearl Street Films – have teamed up with CBS Television Studios and partnered with SyFy to develop “Incorporated,” a futuristic spy thriller “set in a world where corporations have seemingly unlimited power” and the man determined to bring it all crashing down.

“Incorporated” has some pretty heavy firepower behind it as writers David and Alex Pastor, who wrote the upcoming Ryan Reynolds sci-fi thriller Selfless, will pen the pilot while Ted Humphrey from CBS’ “The Good Wife” pulls double duty as showrunner and executive producer. Damon, Affleck, and Jennifer Todd round out the show’s other EPs.

No word on when production will get underway BUT if executed well, “Incorporated” could be another feather in the cap of a channel that is also known for their original scripted shows like “Haven,” the “Battlestar Galactica” reboot, “Warehouse 13,” “Defiance,” and “Eureka,” and their upcoming shows “Hunters” from the mind of the BRILLIANT Gale Anne Hurd (“The Walking Dead”), “Ghost Brigades,” and the highly-anticipated “12 Monkeys” series that played like gangbusters at New York Comic Con and debuts on the network in January.

But don’t panic: I highly doubt SyFy’s going to get rid of their “B movie” style films like SharknadoSharktopusSharkfingerSharknado Goes To CampA Very Sharknado Christmas, and so on. Okay, so the last three titles aren’t real…yet. But if I see them pop up on SyFy, I’m going to sue somebody!
