‘Deadpool’ Blu Ray Special Features Revealed

By April 20, 2016

I think that Deadpool marked a new era in the comic book genre, proving that the film adaptations we see every year could branch out into new genres and tones and still manage to maintain the same level of quality. The fact that it was probably the most faithful onscreen adaptation of the Merc with a Mouth that you could have ever asked for, made its success that much sweeter.

Now, with just a few weeks left until the film’s blu ray release, I suppose it really shouldn’t come as much of a shock that the marketing and promotion for the home video release has been on par with the kind of billboards and marketing we saw with the actual theatrical release.

The official film’s Twitter account revealed the special features that fans can expect to see in the release as well, and wait till you get a load of these.

Check out the tweet with all of the special features below:

Just like with all of the other promotional materials for the film, it’s the little details that really make it that much better. Whether it be Deadpool’s added in scrawlings or even the image of him holding a blu ray case with his face on it. Something tells me these commentaries and the gag reel will be more than worth the price of purchase as well.

Deadpool will be released on blu ray and DVD on May 10th.
