‘Deadpool’ Deleted Scene Gives Us an Even More NSFW Training Montage

Even as it continues to make money and exceed all financial expectations anyone had going for it, Deadpool is already preparing to skip down the yellow brick road right into its blu ray and DVD release date next month. The film, which finally gave the Merc with a Mouth the kind of onscreen adaptation fans had been demanding for years, received some of the most positive fan reactions and critical responses of any superhero movie of recent memory and proved once and for all just how far and respectful and accuracte comic book adaptation can go.

Now, MTV has an exclusive deleted/extended training montage from the film, which will be included on its blu ray release date as well, included with even more masturbation gags and in-your-face blood and gore.

Check out the clip itself below, though the embed player has also been prone to misbehaving, so you can also check it out by clicking here if so:

Oh Deadpool, the only comic book character who could get away with these kinds of jokes and visual gags in a comic book adaptation and still manage to make major bank at the same time.

The sequence itself is fairly in line with the montage that we saw in the film, though there’s a lot more cuts of Wade receiving payment for his kills, and a lot more of lonely time in the corner of the bar. The editing isn’t quite as stellar as it was in the final cut however, so it’s easy to see why they might have shortened it up to keep the energy and fun of the film alive, even despite the main character’s slump into misery and rage at the time….

Hey, at least he’s still got his stuffed Unicorn, right?

Deadpool will be released on DVD and Blu Ray on May 10th.
