‘Full House’ Is Back and the Teaser Trailer Is Here!

By December 17, 2015

Wow. Nothing actually sad just happened but for some strange reason I feel the urge to cry. Like, fetal position on the floor, ugly cry.  I give you the Netflix Original Series Fuller House teaser trailer:

See what I mean? I feel like I just got Hallmarked in the brain by a tiny emotion ninja. The fluffy puppy, the sappy music. Ugh. That being sad I am way more pumped about Full House coming back than any grown man should be. THAT being said it could be a disaster. Let’s look at this.

So the full cast is back minus the Olsen twins. That means Bob Saget (Who is essential) is coming back to be the wholesome, greatest most appropriate dad ever. Something NOBODY thought was possible after we heard what a filthy mouth that guy had doing stand up. You kiss the Tanners with that mouth?

This should be interesting and weird. Not to mention the awkwardness of trying to re-create that 80′s fun loving, heart filling family dynamic. It’s going to be tough and strange I think. Still excited though. Here’s the official synopsis:

In Fuller House, the adventures that began in 1987 on Full House continue, with veterinarian D.J. Tanner-Fuller (Candace Cameron Bure) recently widowed and living in San Francisco. D.J.’s younger sister/aspiring musician Stephanie Tanner (Jodie Sweetin) and D.J.’s lifelong best friend/fellow single mother Kimmy Gibbler (Andrea Barber), along with Kimmy’s feisty teenage daughter Ramona (Soni Nicole Bringas), all move in to help take care of D.J.’s three boys — the rebellious 12-year-old Jackson (Michael Champion), neurotic 7-year-old Max (Elias Harger) and her newborn baby, Tommy Jr (Messitt Twins).
Guest appearances by John Stamos (Jesse Katsopolis), Bob Saget (Danny Tanner), Dave Coulier (Joey Gladstone), Lori Loughlin (Becky Katsopolis) and Scott Weinger (Steve Hale).

So it’s essentially the same situation just mixed up a bit. I’m still in. Good lord this is going to feel weird but I’m still in. Prepare to gorge yourself on sweet hearted family drama and comedy as all 13 episodes stream on Netflix starting Friday, February 26th! Are you going to watch? Stay tuned to Geek Nation for more updates! I’ll be here…..in the fetal position…..crying.

Mike Holtz
Mike Holtz is just a guy looking for any excuse to talk movies and needs to be able to give people a legitimate reason to spend what they spend on popcorn each month. The Dad to a superhero little girl with another on the way, Mike's also written for a few cool websites and talked for a few more. Also, Mike cries like a school girl every time he watches 'Rocky.'

    Great, another shitty sitcom revival.
