Giving Back with Charisma Carpenter

The Thirst Project

In conjunction with Charisma Carpenter’s appearance on our Five by Five podcast today (which you can find right here), we wanted to provide a quick place where you can get some more information about the charities she talks about on the show. Charisma has a personal connection to the Rowan Foundation, and she’s an advocate for the other charities listed here. For more info on how to donate, visit their individual websites.

Donations for Bethlehem Parents School can be made at the following site: All donations are tax deductible, and 100% of donations go to replacing dilapidated existing beds and building new ones. The funds are also allocated to providing new mattresses with vinyl coverings. Each child will then be off the ground and moved into a proper bed. Again, all donations are 100% deductible. 100% of all funds received go to the building of wells around the world. Almost a billion people do not have access to safe, clean drinking water. Clean water is not a privilege, it is a right. Tax deductible, and 100% of funds received are directed to the foundation. Its main objective is funding cancer research for Neuroblastoma and other childhood cancers. Pediatric cancer is the least funded cancer by our government. This is unacceptable. September is also Childhood Cancer awareness month. Go Gold for Ronan!
