How to Go Unseen at Star Wars Celebration With ‘Force Awakens’ Star John Boyega

As a seasoned convention goer, seeing things like Bryan Cranston running around San Diego Comic Con in a lifelike Heisenberg mask or Daniel Radcliffe in head-to-toe Spider-Man gear and not knowing till after the fact is pretty awesome and had me wondering if anyone would try it at SWCA…luckily for me, it DID.

Thanks to a keen eye at HitFix, I’ve learned that Star Wars: The Force Awakens star John Boyega (Finn) wanted to walk the show floor and see what he could see while at last weekend’s Star Wars Celebration Anaheim, he did what anyone else would do: wore a mask.

And not only was he able to walk the floor and goof around with fans like any other convention goer, he even took a little video showing no one had any clue they were standing near a part of their beloved history!

Now I’m curious to know how many more stars cruised the floor in disguise?

try being at SDCC and standing to Bryan Cranston (while he was wearing that Walter White mask) for a good 5 minutes and thinking “DAMN, that’s a really cool mask,” while staring directly AT IT. haha

Oh my god! Such a simple solution to enjoy an event as a celeb.

    • I know, right! Our friends met Quentin Tarantino last year at SDCC pretty much the same way.
