This week on Killer POV, join hosts Rob Galluzzo (Blumhouse.com), Elric Kane (Inside Horror) and Rebekah McKendry (editor in chief at Blumhouse.com) as they welcome on special guest Craig Perry to discuss the best on-screen deaths in horror! But first, the latest movies! This week, Elric chimes in with his thoughts on ‘Krampus,’ ‘Experiment In Terror,’ ‘Some Kind Of Hate’ and ‘Pod.’ Bekah’s been revisiting the entire ‘Xtro’ series. And Rob talks about ‘Bone Tomahawk,’ ‘Eliminators’ and the ‘Fright Night’ remake.

Then the group welcome on very special guest Craig Perry, the producer of both the ‘American Pie’ and ‘Final Destination’ franchises. They delve into great detail the history of the entire ‘Final Destination’ series, the things that worked & didn’t work over the years and the prospects for the next entry. Then they tackle the topic of best on-screen deaths! Everything from most effective, to goriest, to personal favorites and franchises are touched upon. Join in on the conversation!

Hey Rob have you checked out Honeymoon on Netflix yet. I’m dieing to here your thoughts. I know Bekah will love it since it has alien abductions in it.

    • RobertGalluzzo

Not yet! On my queue. I believe Bekah didn’t like it, but Elric did. They both talked about it on previous episodes, just can’t remember which ones. The “notes” on our Facebook page catalog every title we’ve ever mentioned on older episodes. Looking forward to checking it out!

  • I LOVE blu-ray.com! I use that site all the time too. It’s wonderful!

Brilliant Guest, Stifflers mom and that bus scene from the first Final Destination, you get permant respect for creating a part of history, Such a nice guy too who was genuinely stoked to be on the podcast, I loved this episode and the Shout out about Xtro made me smile all weekend, Thanks guys
Ive been trying to remember a favourite death scene but you guys brought up all the greats ones I like too, I do really love the last 10 minuites of Evilspeak, The cross nail in head scene, then Floating in the Air with the big broad sword, the carnivorous pigs, the decapitation, the score, that last 10 mins is like one great shot to me, it makes the slow first half totally worth while
    Cheers gang

And I’m still pushing Rob to watch Turbo kid, I think your gonna love it 😉

    • RobertGalluzzo

It’s still pricey on VOD. And from what I’ve seen, it just looks like the sort of thin I’ve outgrown, BUT as soon as I’m properly able to check it out I will. Might wait for Netflix. Just rented BONE TOMAHAWK, THE FINAL GIRLS and THE HALLOW on VOD. It adds up!

Your right, I would have much more money if I didn’t love Movies too, it’s an expensive addiction, I really want to see Bone Tomahawk, that will be my purchase,

Turbo kid feels like a film made in the 80s that I never got to see, it’s just got a tone I love,
Can’t wait for next podcast to hear all your top tens, I will have a pen in hand, beat wishes

This is one of my favorite episodes so far. Craig Perry is a great guy! He seemed like a average Joe horror fan. I hope we get a sixth installment, it’s long overdue.
