This week, Bekah saw the documentary ‘Lost Souls,’ as well as ‘Don’t Deliver Us From Evil’ and a rare one-of-a-kind extended cut of the original ‘Piranha.’ Elric gave the fun ‘Dead Snow 2’ a whirl and talks about the latest episode of ‘The Walking Dead’ and the conclusion of ‘The Jinx.’ Rob’s been enjoying ‘The Following,’ shares some Tobe Hooper stories to coincide with the Blu-Ray release of his ‘Invaders From Mars’ and has been reading ‘Under The Blade’ by Matt Serafini. Then they welcome filmmaking duo Aaron Moorhead and Justin Benson back onto the show to discuss their new film ‘Spring’ out today from Drafthouse Pictures and FilmBuff!

We openly delve into the process of going from their critically acclaimed first feature ‘Resolution’ to making their follow-up ‘Spring’ a reality. I can’t wait to check this out!

  • Dennis Atherton

Loved it as Rob would say. I had no idea where it was going and that confusion kept me interested. Brilliant Guests to, I hardly recognised the Evil Dead guy. I want to see Resolution now to see where these guys came from.
Great podcast too as always gang. Cheers for keeping me entertained while in work, I especially loved the film when the Army of Nazi Zombies all came out of the water together. That freaked me out 😉

  • Ryan Justin

Haven’t seen ‘Spring” yet, but after listening to this episode I did go back and check out ‘Resolution’ last night. It was great blend of suspense and comedy and I really enjoyed it. Definitely looking forward to seeing ‘Spring’ even more now.

    • RobertGalluzzo

Hope you dig it! SPRING was right up my alley. And Jeremy Gardner (of The Battery!) steals his few short scenes.

      • I really enjoyed The Battery! Great little film Jeremy made… Came out of nowhere.

      • Ryan Justin

Well Spring is just about next up in the Netflix que, now I will have to add in The Battery to follow it up with!

  • Dennis Atherton

Great guy’s who love what they do. I hope they get to keep making unique films. Sponsored by cheap beer episode. Great fun. Im almost at the end of my mission, 😉
