The insanely talented and absolutely hilarious Jordan Peele (KEY & PEELE, WANDERLUST, MAD TV) joins Adam and Joe for an exceptionally informative episode discussing Jordan’s journey from aspiring puppeteer to smash hit television comedy star. Covering Jordan’s humble beginnings in NYC falling in love with horror films as a child, to becoming part of Chicago’s legendary Second City improv group, to his time working on Mad TV, to his devastating missed opportunity as an SNL cast member, to rising back up from the ashes with his very own sketch comedy series (KEY & PEELE) and sky rocketing to comedy fame, to meeting with the leader of the free world (whom just so happens to be a fan of his incredibly spot-on impersonation), Jordan candidly shares his personal success story and creative comedic process. Together the boys take part in a 5 Minute Movie that puts evil itself inside the internet, they answer your “Viewer Mail”, and they may even dish some secrets on a few upcoming potential new projects. Listen, laugh, and learn in this very “NOICE” episode!

Great episode. One of my favorite things about The Movie Crypt is that it constantly exposes me to awesome things that I would have otherwised missed. From Battleship to Key & Peele. I spent the next 3 hours after this episode watching Key & Peele on YouTube. Thanks Adam and Joe for doing this podcast, and bringing new joy to mine and friends lives as we check out the cool stuff you talk about that we missed.
