Star Wars: The Old Republic – Knights of the Fallen Empire is Available for Early Access

Bioware announced today that the latest digital expansion for Star Wars: The Old Republic – Knights of the Fallen Empire is now available for Early Access for subscribers who were active between July and Early October. The digital expansion will launch for all other subscribers beginning October 27, 2015. Knights of the Fallen Empire is set to deliver 16 story driven chapters and promises to be a return to the excellent and engaging story telling that Bioware is best known for.

“In Star Wars: The Old Republic – Knights of the Fallen Empire, you will become the Outlander, a veteran of the Great Galactic War, traveling to the outer rim of the galaxy. There you will come face-to-face with a new threat, Emperor Valkorion and his Eternal Empire, only to discover that his dark destiny is tied to your own. You will lead the fight to save the galaxy but it is clear from your first encounter with the Eternal Empire that you will need help; you must recruit a powerful team of Companions – and build an Alliance.”

If you’ve never played Star Wars: The Old Republic now may be the prefect time to jump in. The game is currently Free-to-Play and offers a fantastic story that places you at the center of the Star Wars action. For players interested in playing Knights of the Fallen Empire, Bioware is offering the option to instantly create a level 60 character and jump directly into the new story content upon subscribing. With the current Start Wars hype train chugging down the tracks, Knights of the Fallen Empire may just scratch that itch as we all wait for The Force Awakens to release. Bioware has also released the latest trailer for digital expansion, “Alliance,” and which can be seen below.
