There’s no set date on when Gypsy will arrive, but you certainly can expect her in the spring.
I doubt anyone was even looking for this…
Nice job, Barry.
Tonight’s finale promises to be an eventful one, to say the least.
On this week’s episode of The Flash, we learned that Beyonce has many talents, sometimes you need to cut the apron strings and you should never list…
One of the biggest differences between the DC and Marvel cinematic universes is that while Marvel connects all of their onscreen TV and film properties into the same universe…
This is the kind of fun marketing they should have been doing from the beginning.
After months and months of wondering whether or not Supergirl would connect with the rest of the DC TV Universe, the Supergirl and The Flash crossover was finally announced a few weeks back, promising to connect the two DC shows in a spring episode of the CBS series.
Since then set images from the crossover have been popping up consistently online, with stars Grant Agustin (Barry Allen) and Melissa Benoist (Kara Danvers) teasing the episode as well. But today, the first official image for the upcoming crossover has been revealed.
Check out the “comic book cover” image below, which teases a possible footrace between the Scarlet Speedster and the Maiden of Might:
In addition to the image, which fits perfectly in tone with the two series, the official plot details for the crossover were revealed. Here’s the official logline for the episode:
“Kara gains a new ally when the lightning-fast superhero The Flash suddenly appears from an alternate universe and helps Kara battle Siobhan, aka Silver Banshee, and Livewire in exchange for her help in finding a way to return him home.”
Executive Producer Andrew Kreisberg confirmed (via EW) that the two characters do in fact race each other in the episode as well, saying its one of the creative team’s favorite moments in the crossover, and in regards to who wins? Apparently it’s closer than you might think.
The plot itself isn’t all that surprising, with Barry entering in from another dimension. The promise of seeing Benoist and Gustin interacting onscreen together though, two of the most charismatic stars on tv right now, should be enough to make you tune in for the crossover. Even if you’re like me, and didn’t get past the first episode of Supergirl.
The Flash and Supergirl crossover will air on Monday, March 28th.

On this week’s episode of The Flash, we learned that not all bad guys are truly bad, sometimes a step is in the wrong direction…
It’s finally happening.
They should race for the role.
Life’s not about to get any easier in Central City.
One will be a movie, and the other will still be a TV show.
