Thor Takes a Bath In This ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’ Deleted Scene

By September 29, 2015

You know how halfway through Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron Thor went off, met up with Erik Selvig, and took a bath for some reason? Remember how that was kind of weird? Well now we have a better understanding of what the heck that was all about.

With the release of Avengers: Age of Ultron this Friday on Blu-ray, Marvel has released a few of the extra goodies you’ll get along with the movie (Spoiler alert: we posted a goodie earlier today. You’re welcome). In this deleted scene, we get an extended look at exactly what happened when Thor took a dip in that mystical puddle or whatever that was. Not sure why this ended up on the cutting room floor, but I guess that’s why I’m not in charge of making Marvel movies. Yet.

Cue Chris Hemsworth with no shirt on:

See? Makes a little more sense now, doesn’t it? Seriously, why did they take that out of the final cut?

Avengers: Age of Ultron comes out on Blu-ray and DVD this Friday, October 2nd.
