Bucky Gets to Throw Cap’s Shield in New ‘Captain America: Civil War’ Deleted Scene

By August 24, 2016

From the sounds of it, it doesn’t look like Captain America: Civil War really had all that much extra or cut footage from the theatrical cut, and judging not only by the final quality of the film, but also it’s blu ray special features, it sounds like the third installment in the Captain America franchise ended up being exactly what the creative team at Marvel wanted it to be from the very beginning.

Following the release of a Baron Zemo-centric deleted scene yesterday as well, a new piece of cut footage from the movie has been revealed, and its yet another fun, small moment from the now iconic airport sequence, which in all fairness, the scene had more than its fair share of.

Called “”Get Me One of Those,” check out the clip below:

Even more than the chemistry between Bucky and Cap continuing to be on display here, I have to say that seeing the unfinished effects here really makes that airport sequence’s blend of real and CGI backgrounds, characters, and environments seem all that more seamless. I personally, can’t wait until I get to watch it again it all of its glory in a few short weeks as well.

Captain America: Civil War will be available on Digital HD on September 2nd, before being released on blu ray and DVD on September 13th.
