New Picture of The Bat Cave Released, Plus More ‘Batman V Superman’ Info

By December 29, 2015

This EW magazine is throwing out news like batarangs this week, eh? Another couple of pics can be seen below of Batfleck and Alfred dinking around the batcave. (Sorry, Batman doesn’t “dink”)

Keep scrolling for a straight up bat cave pic as well as some interesting quotes from the Manager of Fashionable Male.
This is what it looks like when you sink Bruce Wayne’s Battleship. Alfred don’t play when it comes to board games. He’s got free time.

There’s your bat cave! Hopefully Alfred will keep his wits about him this time and won’t just be lettin’ Kim Basinger walk right up in there like its Costco. Speaking of Alfred being different, Jeremy Irons had this to say about his portrayal of the character:

Alfred is a lot more hands-on in our film than he has previously been. He’s a bit of a grease monkey, and he’s very involved in the decisions Bruce makes.

So he’s not going to be running around saying sad stuff and making us cry like Michael Caine did? The most interesting tidbit came from Ben Affleck hinting that Batman may not be so welcome amongst the Justice League as he is in the comics:

[Batman] represents human beings, mortal men. In a world of Flashes and Aquamen and Supermen, there needs to be that guy. It’s interesting that
 he became the
leader of the Justice League in the books — I’m not sure how that’ll play out here — but his humanity is also an asset.

Ofcourse they will end up working together but it certaintly doesn’t sound like the super dudes will be so willing to let Batman co-run things with Superman in this iteration. Sure, Superman is the typical Justice League leader but Batman always crushes the strategy and lets be honest. Batman is always at the very least sort of in charge. He’s friggin’ Batman. Mike Holtz is just a guy looking for any excuse to talk movies and needs to be able to give people a legitimate reason to spend what they spend on popcorn each month. The Dad to a superhero little girl with another on the way, Mike's also written for a few cool websites and talked for a few more. Also, Mike cries like a school girl every time he watches 'Rocky.'

I’m looking forward to the next season of Gotham way more than this movie. Alfred is real hands on in it & they haven’t even started on the bat cave yet!!!!
