New Posters and Trailer Teaser Revealed For ‘The Huntsman Winter’s War’

By November 17, 2015

So first off, when did a teaser for a trailer become a thing? I know it’s been around for a while now, but seriously, when did this start? Just show me the damn trailer already.

Okay, now that my mini-rant is over, we can get into having a look at the trailer teaser for the upcoming The Huntsman: Winter’s War, courtesy of JoBlo Movie Trailers.

Now, I am going to fully admit, aside from Kristen Stewart, I actually really liked Snow White And The Huntsman. Chris Hemsworth was a bright spot and I actually wanted to know more about his character. Of course, Charlize Theron stole the show, chewing up the scenery as the evil Ravenna. It was an interesting and visually stunning take on a popular fairy tale. With the dumping of Stewart and the addition of Emily Blunt and Jessica Chastain to the mix, it can only mean good things for the franchise.

Although this is only a fifteen second blip, I’ve got to admit, I’m intrigued and looking forward to the full trailer tomorrow. This seems to be the beginning of the marketing blitz for the studio, with the release of the first set of stunning character posters yesterday. Honestly, I had no idea that this film was even coming out next year. Looks like the marketing is working!

The studio has also released another set of character posters, this time showcasing the relationships in the film. The Hemsworth/Chastain image is nice, but pretty generic, but that Blunt/Theron image is absolutely stunning. (Thanks to Collider for the heads up!). The more I see and hear about this film, the more interesting it looks.
