X-Men teaser

While Marvel Studios may be turning heads as Avengers characters jump around between their films, Marvel still has distribution deals set up at other studios – and 20th Century Fox has just made sure we won’t forget about the X-Men any time soon.

The brand new teaser trailer for X-Men: Days of Future Past has debuted on the film’s YouTube channel, and it looks spectacular. Getting all of the characters from all of the films together in one story could still prove to be a bit of mutant overload, but it looks like Bryan Singer has a solid handle on things. This dude did direct X2, after all, and since that still holds up as one of the best superhero movies ever made, I’m going to give him the benefit of the doubt that he can pull it off. This trailer goes a long way in proving that he knows exactly what he’s doing. Watch it below:

Whoa. That’s what I’m talkin’ about, Bryan Singer.

If you haven’t seen it yet, don’t forget to check out the Days of Future Past panel from Comic-Con (in which every cast member sat together on stage).
